Thanks for the feedback guys, more speed options are possible but as in all things we ran out of time.
The help button gives you a detailed user guide, we felt that anything else would be a little annoying if you used it more than once.

Great idea – would like more speed options fro walking and cycling – also does it allow for hills? Ian

Is there any way you folks could display a quick help just as the app starts? The reason I ask is because at first it’s confusing as to what app really does. Just my 2 cents worth! Cheers!
